I can get 70 miles on eco ... and 45/50 in serious off road routes

I can never get more then around 20miles on setting 2 .

Somethings not right there... i can get 45 miles easy enough in level 2( never use 3,4 &5 )... and thats roughly 4000 ft of climbing sometimes more!

There was no wind to mention but I am 17 stone in weight but I watched a vid about weight and it didn't really make a massive difference to range.

Make sure you spin rather than grind helps alot

My wife did the same route on a trek full sus with same size battery but she was in turbo mode and had 3 bars left that was a Bosch motor.

Imagine if I was in turbo I would get about 10miles or less.

Simple observation...cadence!!! You need to be aiming for 80’s or more...your grinding which uses battery

Dumb question, but is your red button lit on the charger? That would indicate 60% charging mode which would explain things. Just a thought.

No not on storage mode lol . I made that mistake when I first got it though

Have you asked your dealer why its not working? Chances are tho they would say its a phone fault... if you was close to me id say let me try my phone with your bike....

Hi mate i was talking to your brother about it today at peddlers and i had my bike with me and he couldnt connect to myn so its maybe something to do with your phones as myn connects fine to record rides but i carnt access the tunning bit for some reason. Giant want to get that app sorted as its crap atm and we have paid alot of money for the bikes too.

Maybe mine had one at 6 week check but app worked fine from day one
