Can you use SRAM brake hose with Hope brakes?

I don't see why not you would obviously have to change the fittings , barb olive etc to fit the hope brakes ?
I would imagine the brake line is the same size

Should be fine - both 5mm DOT 4/5.1 fluid. The real question is how much hose you'll need to chop off to remove the old fittings and whether it'll be too short afterwards.

The barb is only 5mm long so not a lot ?

Yes you can. The hose diameter is the same, more importantly, I've done exactly that with one of my bikes, V4's replacing Guides & kept the hoses for this exact reason.

Did you replace all the fittings or you just replaced the levers and calipers?
