Here is our Turbo Levo Comp Carbon. The colour on the satin carbon is amazing and I like the blue and purple hue of the paint.

Hi Rob, so close to a manual bike with a motor, I hardly notice I’m riding an emtb I was occasionally fighting against the motor in turbo mode, but after almost two months of riding it I’m getting used the changing the power modes using them like you would on an old three chain ring, if that makes sense? I thought my Stumpjumpers was the best bike I ever had but this has changed my mind. I’m riding every day if I can.

very nice rob!
I took the butcher tyres off as they did not seem to roll down hill as well as the 3.0" 27.5 the turbo levo ht fatty I had before, & I have new spare tyres for that so fitted them tubeless. run low pressure and it rolls much faster downhill ( I have the group I ride with to compare from )
that is a very nice colour. there was only one choice for me.

has anyone with a turbo levo, put a larger ( more teeth ) front Sproket on? as I keep runing out of gears, the 32 tooth & 10 tooth rear seems too low geared but I want to keep the chain guide there. anyone else changed gearing?

I'm going to do the same - if it is the piece I think you mean, the chain guide is in slots, so can be adjusted to take larger sprockets...

caterhamnut, yes the front chain ring, have seen 36 tooth chain ring replace the stock 32 & chain guide still fitted, but was told if go larger like 38 t chain guide won't fit on. I'm going 34 or 36 just waiting to hear back from lbs.

Hi all this is my ride, 2017 Comp in Monster green - absolutely love this thing.

Changes are:
- 2.8" Maxxis Rekon tyres instead of the 3" Purgatory, found that they moved to much under heavy cornering
- Tubeless, wish I had done this a lot sooner
- 30T chainring in-lieu of the 32T, makes steep single track climbs so much easier without relying too much on the motor
- Nukeproof pads, so much better than the chocolate ones supplied
- Lizard skin lock on grips, originals split quite quickly
- Garmin remote, love this
- Garmin 820 linked into the bike

love your colour!
what is the red rocket on the handle bar?
what steps did you take to link your Garmin to the bike? as I have a Garmin Felix watch and Garmin 520 have Garmin express but still unable to link anything to the bike, so hope you can explain how to.

The red rocket is a very clean red cover I had on my old Garmin 510. I upgraded to the 820 as I wanted more comms / interaction with the bike and the Garmin handlebar remote is great for changing power modes as well flicking through the pages :)
It was quite simple to set up Garmin, just followed the instructions and it is all done through Ant+

thank's will do, I just updated Garmin express.
went on a ride with group yesterday, my friend and I were out front of the group ( both on levo's ) we came over a rise and there was a 5 foot black snake on the track sun baking . my friend went to pick it up by the tail to move it, in case someone ran it over, but it went off into the bush .

This thread needs a bump... how about some Levo pics?

here are "his and hers" posing at an anticline (or drag fold) in Split Mtn, Anza Borrego Desert State Park, southern California

My wife rides a early 2017 turbo levo and the motor died. Specialised replaced it with the latest 1.3 brose motor and replaced all the wiring harnesses, all under warrenty and zero cost to us
Well done Specialized for another demonstration of your outstanding customer care

well I am unhappy to say I need to amend this they didnt fit a 1.3 motor they fitted what appears to be a reconditioned 1.2 motor. I dont know if it was a case of spesh telling the bike shop the wrong info or the bike shop not understanding but it seems we were mislead.. bah !! and because we were told we had a 1.3 motor we had the battery firmware updated as well, we were told we "have to to upgrade as the old firmware wont work with the new motor."..bollocks!!!
I am pissed about this but it does highlight the continued lack of understanding by some shops the sell ebikes

sorry to hear that cadaver, but your wife's bike running fine?
my friend contacted his LBS , they are 100k ( 60 mile ) from him so they have not seen the bike, but he told them what has happened and they got new wiring & will be fitting it in next week. so will see what happens this is one of last of the 2017 model.

Yeah it ok but dull, until i found the zworks app and before anybody points it out yes i know you can derestrict your levo with it but like me you dont have to use that bit but the rest wow what a difference,!!! Turns a dull bike into a responsive ultra natural feeling ride and can can be tuned for max power or max battery life or something in between.
Now why cant spesh do this, they just told me today and i quote “there are no planned upgrades to mission control”

I can't decide if you Levo guys are lucky to have all these different apps available to you or unlucky because you end up spending more time fiddling than riding. :P
AFAIK, there is no app for the Intuvia controller.
