Is the SRAM XX Eagle AXS E-Bike Groupset GS-XX-EPA-D1 compatible with my 2021 Gen 2 Turbo Levo Comp?

The SRAM UDH bike list includes the Turbo Levo, and doesn't mention that only certain years qualify. Are we sure the 2021 (and my 2020 Levo) are incompatible with the new Eagle AXS Transmission?

I wouldn't completely rely on SRAM UDH bike list, as the photo under Levo is actually a Levo SL ...
And I can assure you that UDH does not fit on Gen2 Levos: a hole in the chainstay must be 20mm for UHD, on Gen2 Levos this hole is 15,5mm to allow installation of Specialized S172600001 thru axle derailleur hanger aka Sandwich Hanger ...

Once again. If you have UDH you can use transmission. If not, it will not work.

And what about Levo Gen 3? It does have UDH, but all webshops explicitly say that the Brose groupset is not compatible with Levo Gen 3?!

If you look closely you'll see that non-compatibility reffers to the crankset which will clearly not fit on Levo, but everything else should fit (talking about Gen3 Levo) ... better to choose a group without crank: XX Eagle AXS Transmission E-MTB Group (without crank)
