I have a 150mm dropper and it doesnt go low enough in the frame for my liking. I've compared the specs and it seems the 125mm loses you about an inch in height, but also goes about an inch lower into the frame. dropping the post about an inch using the lever and the height feels OK to me.

Has anyone does this swap and is there anything else I'm missing?
Lastly - anyone got a 125mm post they'd sell, or perhaps even swap for a 150mm?
