19 Levo carbon comp x-fusion dropper

one of the few gripes I have with the bike is that the seat tube is too high.. I lower the dropper as far down as I can but when its fully extended, its too high for me.
is there a way to limit the max extension on these posts?

When I picked my bike up from the shop , new, they set that up for me. I have the same dropper post. So - yes , you can but I don't know how ?

As per product specifications X-Fusion Manic dropper post does not have a feature to adjust max travel.

It needs two people. The rider sits on the bike stood up ,out of the saddle , with his heel on the pedal and with a straight leg. Then the other bloke puts the saddle to the correct height. Then when you ride with the ball of your foot on the pedal ....

I have seen this but don't know if this is suitable for the x fusion or safe. Guess if you really need it doing then might be worth a look if you are technical enough
