Levo Gen 3 Turbo Levo Bits in a Bag

Hi all.

Newbie to the Levo and have just taken delivery.

With the bike came a few bits in a bag but unsure what they are.

Can anyone please enlighten me as to what these are?

Notice the notches that's to put rifling on the outside of your dick, sorry Stu couldn't help myself there head tube spacers instead of all the smaller ones.

Are they cable port blanking plates ?

The round things are the + and - headset cups so you can adjust the geometry.
