Bought trance e 2 a month ago. I have done about 250 miles on it and mainly using eco plus mode on fairly flat paved/gravel trails as of now. I noticed my battery health now is 97% with 4 cycles of charge. If battery health continue in this pace it will reach 80% in less then a year. I do follow instructions on how to care, store and charge battery. Is it normal? What is your experience?

How did you get on? Mines had 7 charges and is at 92% that's not good.

That's weird... how are you charging your bike? tell us how often, when...

You should not leave the battery below 20% or at 100% for long periods of time.

Mine went down to 87% health, but a full charge and full discharge has now got it back up to 93% so I wouldn’t worry too much about that figure (although it would be nice if it was 100%!). I think back along someone even had over 100% battery health!

Old bike......recharged to full from 20-30%. Ran it flat 3 times in 9 months of ownership. Didn’t have a service either.....think that was a SW update. No issues with bike re: switching off. Solid performer.

New bike...experimenting on charging in “storage mode” so 60% every charge. I have had issues with this bike. It’s switched itself off mid-ride a dozen times. Also, according to Strava this bike has actually covered 627km......again maybe an issue with bike SW.
