Well it was going so well, it started with a tick tick noise when climbing hard up a steep snap there is also a fore anaft movement on the bottom bracket it’s done roughly 600 miles still under warranty motor is out and on its way to Japan they have e8000 motors in stock 
seems rediculous that you only get 20 months out a motor that costs a thousand pounds
