Sram AXS on 2019 Decoy...issues

I just recently upgraded to a full AXS setup on my Decoy base 2019. Everything installed and synced up nicely, however, when I got to shift to my biggest ring it won't go to it no matter how much I fiddle with the limit screws and when it goes to the smallest ring it still has 1 more shift and scoots the chain off the cassette. What could he the cause it?

It could be your mech hanger. I have a 2019 CF Pro, when I changed from 11spd to 12spd XT, the old mech hanger was slightly to short / wrong shape for clearance on the larger sprocket. I bought a 2020 Decoy mech hanger (built for 12spd) and it fixed the issue.
Just a thought.
