went to have a look at a Levo today intending to buy a 2020 comp but they didnt have any so organised a demo for the bike.. I wanted to buy from an actual shop rather than ordering from the internet but then I read a review on Evans website:
"If the bike has issues ( which mine did in 5 months, no pedal assist )
Specialized will not send replacement parts to Evans Cycles even though it has a two year no questions asked warranty.
So unless you live within travelling distance to a store specialized will send parts to I would avoid this bike"
so, this begs the question, will I get any actual useful benefit from buying from a shop when stuff like this happens.. also, how do I check if the shop is able to get parts from specialized ?
