So ... any rumors on when CX Gen 5 Pivot Shuttle AM will come out?

I broke down and ordered my first ebike today. A 2026 Pivot Shuttle AM XO PRO model in Dark Sky Blue. I had previously demo'd the LT and just rode the new AM Team model last Thursday. I'm headed to Europe for a bit so won't be riding it until December.
Curious why you picked the AM, I have one of each and they are both great

When I did an all day demo on the 2025 LT, I also rode my buddy’s 2024 AM and IMMEDIATELY felt more connected to the bike. It had a perfect fit (I own a Switchblade as well) and while I know the difference is minor, it FELT 10 pounds lighter.

After being away from cycling for three years due to injury, it's time to get back on the bike, and the first decision is which bike to buy. The landscape has changed a lot in these years, and after doing my research, my decision came down to choosing between Avinox or Bosch, and secondly, the frame. I decided on this Pivot 2025. I don't know if it's true that all carbon frames come from the same place, but what I have found is that the resulting bikes are far from identical. There are frames that crack, frames that can't accommodate a coil shock, misaligned suspension arms, rubbing problems, and shocks damaged by improper operation. Pivot is relatively expensive, but so far the product has proven to be excellent: exquisite finish, a shock with a perfectly aligned suspension arm and a shock mount with perfect tolerances. I'm eager to test it in the coming days to see if its performance lives up to what I've seen so far. Full Vorsprung Coil with DH tires, 23.850 kg. Ready for war.

We have exact opposite priorities, but we ended up with the same bike! How about that? I thought the V1 model was the best bike I'd ever owned--until I bought the V2. The motor is better, the frame seems more willing to hold a line, and the Rockshox suspension kicks arse.

The range of bikes is extensive; somehow, a selection process is necessary. If I hadn't found a good frame within the Bosch range, I would inevitably have had to change platforms. Then there's another issue that I think we should start valuing and supporting, where possible, Western products as opposed to Chinese ones, ensuring we have a quality product. However difficult it may be for us to accept, our quality of life is at stake.
Rock Shox works well, but the custom-configured Vorsprung shock absorber will be on another level, I think. I'll tell you about it as soon as I can test it properly.
