Snapped lappiere frame ??

Well the snappiere frame has given up shame really because the bike is still like brand new. I would tell you all how many miles are on it (not many around 300) but it won’t turn on as when the frame snapped it cut through the wires ?

Was just riding up a rocky track and it went!! I was 9 miles into my ride long way back with no power hopefully it will get replaced but only want a replacement if the frames are improved as I’m guessing it will happen again.

PVA glue ??? What kind of amateur would use that....gaffa tape is what he needs.

On another note theres a certain amount of respect I have for anyone who snaps a frame but I haven't figured out if snapping a Lapierre is worthy of that yet.

Looks like they could be snapped going over a twig. Bad design and bad welding and still no response from lappiere

Hey. I have a 2019 Lapierre Overvolt am 727i and couple days ago it cracked when i was riding normally at the forest. The crack is same as the other cracks shown here. The motor moved little bit also but it is working.

Small problem. I live in Finland. The bike has two previous owners. I dont know the original shop where the bike was sold. I contacted the company that imports Lapierre to Finland. They told me that they will send the pictures and story to the manufacturer and they will decide what will happen. Maybe a new frame, but wich frame? Probably they dont offer me refund because its not from any shop directly.

Have any of you had a similiar situation? What was the outcome? What should i expect?
