Hello

I recently bought a bike with a BT-e8016 battery.(EP800motor, BT-E8016 Batteries, BC-E6000 charger)
There are two batteries. This is a battery that was born in April of this year.
When I first drove with a half-charged state, I rode satisfactorily.
The next day, after fully charging at home, the bike did not turn on.
Both batteries had the same symptoms.

After doing various tests, I tried installing someone else's battery.
When I plugged in someone else's battery, the bike worked fine.
I don't know if this is a charger problem or a battery problem. Obviously the battery is marked as fully charged, but when mounted on the bike it didn't turn on.

However, when someone else's battery is installed, the power turns on.
After resetting the battery, the bike won't turn on.
Is the charger faulty and the protection circuit is activated? Or is it a problem with the battery itself? If anyone has a similar experience, please advise.

When you press battery power, all 5 lights come on.
Does this issue occur without upgrading the firmware?
What is certain is that the power comes on when someone else's battery is installed on my bike.
