Yes, I had to drill a 4mm hole, but the dropout is made of solid material so there shouldn't be any problems ( I hopeSmart way to do it! Did you drill a hole innthe frame?
Of course, the brake line also fits through and for the clearance at the dropout I had to make a 3mm edge break and reinforced the cable with shrink tubing@KaroKönig , considering that this hole is meant for the brake, where are you planning to route the rear brake than?
Also, did you check, if at full compression, hole at the end of the chainstay stays big enough, so the cable doesn't get pinched between the chainstay and seatstay?
Other than that, looks neat.
Interesting, nicely doneOf course, the brake line also fits through and for the clearance at the dropout I had to make a 3mm edge break and reinforced the cable with shrink tubing

I attached the connections for the range extender and the charger with a rubber stopper and pull them out of the frame when necessary, I couldn't think of anything better

Nice tricked out extender well done matey
That is correct. The motor only goes into overvoltage protection at 55.9 V, so I decided on a 48v battery to get a little more powerSo your battery is 48v and your motor 43v?
Behind the rubber stopper I have the connection for the range extender (XT 60 plug) and the charging connection for the internal battery (XT 30 plug)How did U charge your internal battery?
