I have been combing through the Sram service technical site as well as basic user manuals and faq’s (I called SRAM tech support but they are closed today) but I am unable to find an answer to this problem. I reinstalled a battery after a recharge and now the post won’t work - the controller is communicating with the post and When I press it I hear that it is trying to work (open the valve? 3 short bursts of power?
With each press) - i Also see the green light flash. Help! I can’t find any documentation or instructions addressing this issue. Maybe you have had this experience and know the fix? I am baffled and have no idea what to do.
