Had a strange buzzing noise coming from my motor every now and again (2019 Levo), it wasn’t too loud but it was enough for me to notice it. Motor still ran ok, crank rotated backwards without any resistance etc....
So I gave Specialized Rider care (UK) a call to see if it was anything to be worried about, after a short chat the nice guy on the phone offered to start a warranty claim for a new motor immediately...no fannying about ???
My LBS fitted the new motor yesterday and put in a new wiring harness, bonus?
New motor seems much quieter, old motor build date 26/4/19...new motor 31/08/20
