A big shout out to Rich and the guys at RACECO in Stourbridge who provided brilliant customer service and took my 2019 Levo- replacing the powerlead and TCU- added new crud catcher modification- no quibbles and really supportive. They did the work there and then and the job was done within the hour!!! All under warranty and I did not buy my bike from RaceCo (due to living in another part of the country at that time).
Highly recommend, and they have a new Specialized Bike Area with all bells and whistles!
Good to have a LBS who take pride in their work- know their product- and put the customer first!!
