Can anyone tell me where I can buy the magnet that bolts on the disc bolts on my rail 9 .
Got a second set of wheels .
I’ve searched the net , but not sure if it’s a trek part or a bosch part

Not sure if this is the correct one or not ?

Shows as out of stock, but if it's the correct one, there's a part number 1270015728 which shows as in stock in various places.

Thanks zimmer I had seen that one but it looked different I wasn’t sure if it would work
Here’s a pic of mine , not great but you can see it’s quite different

My second wheels has centerlock and adapters. Suitable magnet for those? Trek's own is suitable only with 6-bolts.
Could this work?

Looks like it’s worth a try , I think with centrelock it’s going to be trial and error , at least that item is cheap enough to try

Interesting thread !
Looks like shimano centerlock disk with integrated magnet would be too far out for the sensor.

May be there is space for a mechanical epi-cycloïdal gear train to fool the speed limit like people do on Levos...

Use a catseye wheel magnet, if you have shimano xt centerlock rotors they have holes in them, the magnet fits straight in, a bit of thread lock job done.

I had similar problem re swapping wheels out on my Scott E-Genius - previous wheels were centrelock with the Shimano centre lock magnet. New wheels had 6 bolt rotor fitting - tracked down the standard Bosch slimline rotor magnet - works fine and aligns with sensor on chainstay very well - also discovered Scott has a very much more expensive option
