Mission Control Problem with Specialized Levo Short Travel NB 2018

Hello guys!

Maybe we can help me. I have Specialized Levo FSR Short Travel 29 NB 2018. Unfortunately my bike has a problem with bluetooth. The bike connects to Mission Control, but I cannot change ECO, Trail, Turbo modes. I change the settings ECO, Trail, Turbo mode, but after saving changes in MC, everything returns to the factory settings. We have uploaded the latest software in service, but this still not working The bike connects to any phone Samsung or Iphone but the settings cannot be changed. Everything back to factory setting in Mission Control.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix it? Thank you and greetings from Poland

Not sure, but I know at one point I had 2 versions of mission control on the same phone. Is it possible you're running the old version? Try uninstalling the app and then reinstall?

At the moment I have the latest version installed. I installed several times and it did not help.
