Problem kiox 300

Hi. Last year I purchased a kiox 300, unfortunately I have only just received the ebike and installed it. It works fine with the following problems. On the screen it shows the word sample. It gives a random error 400001 and the iPhone does not recognize it as an active device.

The seller said it was 100% original. Can you help? Thanks.

Contact Bosch, I would say having that massive "sample" plastered onto the screen is not a positive sign.

400001 – Your on-board computer is equipped with sample software.

wonder what Sample Software is supposed to mean
Can you do a firmware update on kiox? maybe it's running some super old out of date version

seems batteries can have the same error even

could just mean it's a review sample or something not meant for resale though
