It was £2.50. And worth every penny! ( the chocolate sprinkles were 50p extra)

I wonder what a 99 costs nationally and internationally?
Cheap that we have a shop in Cullen with excellent icecream the queues are horrendous on a good day . A lot dearer than that .

RACE DAY! Handy for it to also be World Bicycle Day.

Rio Bravo Gravel Grind, La Union, NM, USA

First half of the race I was contemplating doing a second lap (20 miles, 32 km) since I had the option. Halfway through I decided nah. Once out of the deep sand and back on hardpacked gravel, I kicked it into TURBO and pedaled my ass off for the last 8 miles (13 km). Pretty tickled with that 19 mph (31 kph) sustained effort at the end.

Cracking ride today in the Tweed Valley out of Traqair ..the first half doing the Gypsy Glen route then crossing over the Valley to climb the black route at Glentress then cutting across country on a forest track which then morphed into a balls out 2mile downhill to get back to Innerleithen along the Golfie Road ..
Thanks to Alan ,Ant ,Colin ( eventually ..he always gets lost finding the start 😁) and Wayne ....oh and also the two local characters we met at various points on the ride both ebikers and great craic ..none of us will forget them in a hurry 😂..
