Pic of the Day

One from the Bucket list. Dalwhinnie to Corrour for a fish supper went via Loch Garry and Rannoch. Had a night in Loch Ossian hostel then back via Ardverikie and Ben Alder. 39 miles yesterday but for some reason Mission control only recorded half today be about 40 miles again going by my arse.

That looks awesome, have you got a strava/garmin map of that?

It’s a ReActive Adaptations NUKE off-road handcycle with a Bafang BBS02 mid-drive kit.
Aha i see I have an old Alves custom hardtail. The local lad who made that built a few hand crank bikes for people . Remember one bike there he was adapting for someone with one leg shorter than the other. He was a great lad to deal with òur Charlie was. Enjoy

Hope it was not the same tree.
Target fixation? Been there done that. It's embarrassing.

This was the first one. Tagged tree A with the bar, and that sent me into tree B.

Tree A remembers me.

I was going close to the max assist speed when this happened.

The second one was off a jump where line choice is critical and the landing is a bit blind. Wasn't going too fast, so a tuck and roll saved me from any harm.

Fair thump you gave the tree to take the bark off . Lucky your not seriously hurt.
