Ssssh bloody hell Phil ..there will be a few hundred on the next ride if they think there is free beer at the end ..?

So wish I had a photo to share on here of you lying in the ditch on your back with your legs in the air. The funniest fall I’ve ever seen on a mountain bike ?

Test & Tune Laps. Bikes, beers, and data bits ? ? ?

Dialed in the Fox 38 from feel, then decided to dust off the ShockWiz to see what it shows. It's very close to where I want it to be (regardless of what the ShockWiz says), but haven't got to hit any big jump lines yet either. I did order some air tokens, just in case I need to add one.

So I haven't ridden with @Dax for over a year and somewhat coincidentally I haven't had a decent crash in a similar time frame. Today @Dax turned up for the ride and this happened...

I haven't ridden this trail for ages and that particular feature ever. The line is supposed to be a drop into a bomb hole between the fat tree in the middle and the skinny tree to it's right. I went too far to the left, messed up the turn and went arse over tit down the rather rocky hill. :ROFLMAO:

A day with the bros at the park. 2nd try to get them to check out the oftpiste loamer to slab finish. Well one of the brothers made it. The other exploded again before we got there. Awesome trail so the 2 of us were able to really rub it in to crashy mcnochill

Is that a '70's MX lid?

Haaa just an older bell dh lid in bullet mode. The natural that doesnt care about gear despite the phatest wallet. The elephant in the room from my perspective. Somehow i managed not to light him up on it. His big bro Crashy McNochill cut the day short, so the bullet lid razzing will have to wait

Something different from my usual Desert pics. Headed up (literally) to a ways north of Silver City, NM, USA for a race in the Gila National Forest.

Well, the race was canceled due to unsafe conditions. The trails have become streams of late and the organizers called it. So, instead of a race it was more of a rally. And rather than trails, we rode the fire road.

609 m up over 9 km (2000’ over 6 miles). And I do mean UP. It was the longest sustained climb I’ve ever done. Lots of 10% and 12% grades made it work, even on the Trek Powerfly.

It was so tough I did it again the second day.
