You can create an Olympia thread. Just goto "Forums" / "Other Manufactures" and start a thread :

Olympia doesn't have it's own sub forum. But then as no one's even created a thread - there's probably not much interest. There are hundreds of brands and the area could become too cluttered to find the one you want if there were hundreds of sub forums (though it might be like that one day, who knows).
I guess there isn't enough activity with some brands to justify the sub forums. If you look at Other Manufacturers (all the brands with no sub forum), there are 4500 posts. Orbea or Vitus have more than that on their own. There was much pleading for a Rocky Mountain sub forum, but that still only has 193 posts.
