Levo SL Gen 1 Official Levo SL Thread

“Kenevo SL”? That just sounds wrong.
You must have the tiniest legs or are the laziest person if you think that.
The Kenevo SL will be the perfect bike if it has the current enduro frame with a slightly more powerful SL motor.

I think I got the legs for this.

For me personally good spec changes on the 2021 Expert

this link doesn't work for me?. Comes up with an empty page on Specialized website. I must see the new spec, as I'm currently thinking of buying an expert. Are there any other links or spec sheets available. Can someone copy n paste?

I would agree with @BAMBAMODA it was likely posted by mistake and has not been removed to shift the last few MY20 experts before the MY21 launch early next month.

Here are the images which were posted on the facebook post on the SL owners group

I sadly don't have a cut & paste for the website from memory the major changes are as follows
Code RS with 200mm rotors front and rear
Fox 36
Performance Elite
Fox DPX2 Performance Elite
GX / XO1 Drive train
No Carbon rims

I'm looking at the (Cast Battleship / Black) and using the following Evans site as guide for when they will drop in UK

I have been waiting patiently for these for weeks ever since buying the wife's carbon comp, the due in stock date at Evans as now been pushed to the 16/08/2020 this started at 03/08/2020 and last time I checked was 09/08/2020 so there must be delays. :-(

Some much needed upgrades. Which just leaves room for some light weight carbon wheels. Maybe carbon bars and it's done.

That is a very very respectable weight sir! I have been busy on light bicycles website designing my future wheels. Quite a few rim and Hub options within 1500 to 1600g. Not sure if I should go light as a feather with recon 30/35 and Straight spoke dt240 exp , or maybe go a little heavier with 33/39 rim and dt350

This is not on the Specialized website. When is it supposed to be available??

Bad ass dude. Interested to see how the new geo enduro compares to our stumpy geo.
I’ve got both actually, Enduro feels much bigger. My Enduro Expert is only 1.5kg lighter than my Levo SL CC! To me the enduro feels overly cumbersome compared to the SL, except when you’re going down over technical terrain, then it’s simply amazing.

hopefully by the end of August.

LBS ordered a Levo SL Comp and the tag on the bike said 2021. The only thing I immediately noticed was the brake levers were Guide RE and not Guide R as listed on the website.

im a bit skeptical about all these claims of a new SL. Is there any further evidence available about this new model?
i spoke to my dealer this morning and they were completely in the dark. They claimed there was a shipment of 2020's on the that will have a 2021 tag, but no real differences in components.

Yes, frustratingly there doesn't seem to be any further sources of info on the Expert around yet. Spesh Concept store have pulled all the 2021 levos from the site (including all the 2021 FF models) which were all on there when the original link was posted on here. I did have a browse around while it was live, and the specs for the other models were spot on to what we know - Comp SL with the tinted green colour and Guide REs, and FF Comp with 160mm fork and Shimano drivetrains etc

Given all the other specs seem to line up, I'm hopeful that the Expert SL was correct ?? but just published too early.

You can't navigate to them from the site anymore, but the 2021 FF specs still appear to be on the following links and look like they correspond with what we know. (live at the time of writing)

My light bicycle AM930 (30mm internal width), DT350 hubs arrived at the end of May. They are excellent in terms of quality, ride, weight. I'd order them again.
