No error codes but odd behaviour and turns off

So I was out today and my bike turned off, turned it back on, no problems, 10 mins later turned off again, this time won’t turn on. Pedal out of the park with no assistance (trying the power button frequently, no good) and then once I reach the car it turns on. I ride around for as long as I wish, but when I switch it off using the power button, it then won’t turn on again.


Now once I got home is when the odd behaviour starts, the bike won’t turn on and there is no assistance… then the bike starts assisting with the display off. I can’t turn it off, the + and - buttons dont work, no buttons work, but the bike continues to power along, it appears to be stuck in tour or EMTB.

Any ideas? Perhaps a failing purion?

2021 Bosch performance CX w Purion controller.

Ps. Bike has done 3700km without a hitch, I don’t believe a software update will fix.

Any ideas? Perhaps a failing purion?

Perhaps the batteries in the Purion need replacing? Think there's 2 x CR2016 button cell batteries.
