New Owner From Dorset

Hi Just purchase a Marin and started enjoying the freedom. However I have an issue which occurred today while out riding. E7000 Motor. I was on 2 bars and hit a big hill. Suddenly I jumped from Boost to ECO and then to OFF in 10 seconds and the battery was dead. I had a heavy ride back home up very hilly terrain for 7miles. Anyone had this issue?
