Hey folks,
I updated the firmware on my E7000 motor yesterday via the ETUBE app and noticed I can now modify the power output on ECO mode too. (Waahaay).
Also - there is a new feature which I didn't really understand - You can adjust the speed reading on the Shimano steps display on the bars. Anyone know the details of this ? Some user commented in another thread that they thought it was to allow you to calibrate the speed output reading to your GPS (assuming your GPS was more accurate) but I then thought . . isn't this a way to sort of 'cheat' the display to think your going slower than you actually are? (ie: can we use this to avoid the 15mph cut off point for motor assistance?)
I haven tried yet and wonder if anyone here knows ?
Cheers,
Fraz
