I’d guess PR is the cheaper version? Kinda disappointing no enduro frame available.

Maybe that is going to be their response to all of the people who have been demanding a factory approved range extender. They may feel range extenders are problematic in some way or other, so offering a model with an easily swappable battery is the next best thing. For people riding trail centers where it's easy to loop back to the car, swappable batteries are even better, as you don't need to carry the full weight of all the battery capacity at once. However for long backcountry rides, it's debatable which is better, as then you'd need to carry the spare battery in a backpack.
 
Lacking better quality images and assuming these are the final designs, they don't have that distinctive frame-mounting design of the current version. You might have liked it or not, but it was its most iconic feature. Now it will have to compete aesthetically with Megamo, Crusis, etc., without particularly standing out.

Not available till spring 2026. So I guess that's now, and it's new.

It's still a 150/160 travel with 64.5 head angle. So still a trail bike. Though it doesn't look like Amflow are going Enduro either. Hence I've gone Teewing Flux.
 
The crussis has been announced for a while now and is already sold in some regions. The bike features the current gen electronics and no geo adjust like the new Amflow will (based on leaked pictures).

That said, crussis have what is surely the best specs for a 6k bike (fox perf and GX AXS) and have a sub 5k alloy bike.

The geometry is almost identical to an amflow PL right down to the millimeter which is an odd decision.
 
Wow, there were just another post (post #25) from @el_ruedy here that had 2 additional pics that looked genuine to me (or at least a bit blurry and poorly framed!), showing new Amflows sitting in display stands in a showroom. The Schwalbe writing was accurate on the tires, etc...

Anyway, I clicked "reply" to ask el_ruedy something about them, and it said the post I was trying to reply to was not found. I was able to copy the pics as the post still appeared on my screen, but upon refreshing the page, the post has disappeared. Did @el_ruedy take that down a few minutes after he posted it or is leaked content being censored by admins? What is the official policy here regarding user-supplied info during embargo periods @Rob Rides EMTB ?

Gemini helped me get my spreadsheet up and running. I have no info, everything below made up for discussion:

What do we think will be the positioning? My guess is:

PR €5k, 22kg out of the box with 800Wh removableSpec is clearly worse than outgoing PL model, so hoping for lower price point.
PR pro€6-7k, 21kg with 800Wh removable Slightly better spec than PL, lower cost motor. PR pro may be heavier than PR base due to suspension and tyres.
PX€7-8k, 20kg with new 700Wh (non-removable?)Expecting differentiation at motor, battery and maybe frame level from PR pro, giving 1-2kg weigh advantage.
PX pro€10-11K, 19kg with new 700Wh (non-removable?)Similar spec to PL pro, assuming at least this one gets next gen battery cells.
