Mission Control need help

I am from Vietnam and I buy new Specialized Turbo Vado 4 from ebay .
i build up my bike , but the Turbo Vado Display not work, they need update firmware.
We do not have specialized retails in Vietnam
Any one can help me update this online?

You have to update your bike at s specialized dealer

thank , but the one in Vietnam not retails, Singapore and Thai land too far for that

Can i use that for non TCU display ?
