From the Shimano Dealer's Manual for SLX M7000-11

Always use CS-M7000-11 in combination with CN-HG901-11, CN-HG701-11, or CN-HG601-11. Other chains cannot be used because the dimensions do not match

I always buy my chains online from the cheapest source. No idea on link count - you might have to do that yourself  (but there's nothing to stop you buying two shorter chains to make up one longer chain. You'll just need an extra quick link).

Like the above, www.tredz.co.uk have always been reliable with me.
Count the number of links you need first.

When you go to the Tredz website, look out for a £5 off offer that flashes up and then you never see again, until the next time you visit the site. Copy the code down. The code used to be fixed for ages, but it changes frequently now.
Also look out for delivery charges, some sites charge, some not depending upon their minimum spend. Consider adding a bottle of wet lube (like Finish Line wet lube) to get you over the line.
