Hi all,
I'm starting to here that Morzine etc (in fact pretty much uplift in France) are restricting ebikes on the uplifts and may be banning the use of them.
I know they started sticking signs up saying remove the batteries, but unclear to whether that means just for the uplift or the whole run. If its the whole run it'll be a pain in the a*se as Specialized as well as other manufacturers specifically say don't ride without a battery fitted as it forms part of the frame strength.
We're off to Morzine and Les Gets next year so wondering if I need to hire a bike when over there as I've sold all my non ebikes.
Anyone know what the new rules are or aware of what changes are coming?
