Merida eone-sixty super deluxe bottoming out.

Hi, I'm from Sydney, Australia. I ride a merida eone-sixty, with super deluxe r shock. I found that with 30% sag, it bottoms out when landing something harsh. Not like every landing but it's unusual comparing with my ordinal enduro bike with Monarch. I bought a bottomless tokens pack, and was surprised when found that there are already 3 of them installed. So there is no space for more.

I'm wondering if somebody experience same problem?
