Mavic Crossmax Hubs

I have a Focus Jam2 Drifter which I now use as my 'back up' bike (pretty much essential with e-mtbs). It is getting on for four years old and has done almost six thousand miles.
The hubs are Mavic Crossmax (ID 360 I think) and time has come to change the bearings in them. I am struggling to find any info online other than basic service details (a bit of grease on the star ratchet)
Does anyone have any knowledge or a link to any info on how to do this job before I start hitting the axle with a big hammer?

This guy doesn't remove the bearings, but it may help.

Seen it, it doesn't. It's just basic servicing of the star ratchet.
My finger ends are blistered with searching You Tube which is why, in desperation, I've asked on this forum.
