Hello all!

First timing posting here, just hoping someone here has any details/diagnostics for the specialized M1 battery (from 2020 Levo HT).
All started when water ingress from buttons (it’s out of warranty & according to specialized it’s not one of the affected stock despite having much water inside, being affected date and buttons not being sealed at all, cover basically fell off with a fingernail). Dried out under heater vent for 2 days then charged up for around 6 hours ok then all LEDs went dark, I pressed what I’m assuming is the reset button on the BMS and now it shows the top row of leds are solid green, the bottom row of leds is flashing red then green. Checked the cells and all reading 4.15V (fully charged).

Thanks in advance for any info to diagnose this!

I seem to remember reading that the reset button wipes the software, maybe it can be reprogrammed at a specialized dealer?

Took into specialized dealer Albury, said that they couldn’t scan the bike (no s**t, the battery isn’t outputting voltage so of course you can’t scan the bike) and that a new battery would fix it. Does anyone know of a battery specialist I could talk to or sent it to?
