Battery (M1) auto descharge

hi guys, after a great adventure I just received a new(M1) battery from specialized, for free. It works, but like, the previous one, I observed a very fast auto discharge. I mean something around 3/4% a day.
Is it regular? Others Lion-batteries normally has a 3/4% per month I think.
Did you observe similar range?
And in case, how to prevent this effect?
In case you ask to yourself I live in Canary Island where temperature are between 17°min and 25°max.

I tested the 24 hours: yesterday after a medium trip I left it at 52%, now it's 46%. Never used or turned on in one day.
6% of charge lost in one unused day is a lot.

Yes, it was in the bike, but not connected.
Tonight I'll retry connected, just to see.
I heard about a BMS module. Something to regulate and balance the charge between the cells . . . Maybe it's responsible for the discharge!

Not sure how active they are on the forum these days. Rumour has it they were all re-assigned to the Spesh Navy working on a fleet of Pedalo's travelling the oceans with bikes and parts.

An update . . .
After two months I observed the auto-discharge is less evident. For instance, two days ago I recharged it till 100% and today it's still 100. So I don't know if it was a matter of "new item" and after 12 recharge cycles(but in reality I did it 15 times) it auto regulated itself and now it's working properly.
