Lower headset 1.5 -> 1.8" conversion

Did a mistake and bought a fork with 1.8" steerer tube. Trek Rail takes 1.5" steerer tube inside. I couldn´t find conversion cups in market so I designed and builded conversion cup myself. This lifts front 13mm but hey, it works! Here are the results:

Great Job!

Looks like I"m new to the "purchased the wrong fork club". When the fork was labelled "For EMTB" I didn't realize it really meant 1.8" taper...

My Son and I have Scott Strike eRide 930 bikes. Came from dealer with Marzocchi Z2 Air 140mm Forks, 34mm stantions and 1.50 inch head tube. After several years of ridding, we are now replacing our OEM forks with RockShox ZEB Ultimate 160mm, 38mm stantions, Boost, RC2, DebonAir, AirWiz, 1.8 inch head tube. Attached are images of the crown race and bearing adapter that I designed and machined. We are using Specialized bearing GPBHS454556865 56.8mm OD x 47.8mm ID x 6.5mm height with 45° angular contact surfaces.
