Kenevo Gen1 Keveno charger stopped working

Hi,
My charger stopped working, there is no light when I connect it to the power.
Any advice?

Check the plug which attaches to the bike and make sure it's not got anything stuck to it as it's magnetic. Likewise on the battery. If it's not getting a connection, the charger won't activate.
