Kenevo Wu Seatpost Dust Seal Unset - Fix Advice Please

So the dust seal on my WU Command post popped out the other day. I tried to push it back in with a screwdriver but I'm just going to tear the seal. I figure I need to take the seat post apart a little and reset the seal. There is nothing in the manual about this. Has anyone had to do this before? Can you give me some tips before I tear into it?

Try some fork oil and use wooden or plastic stick to push the seal back

Had this happen to mine

Had to take it back to the dealer as chances are you will damage something trying to push it back in

My dealer just swapped it for a brand new one there and then, although Ive now been told by them that any issues with Wu posts then they have to send them back to Specialized to be fixed and then returned to the customer rather than just swapping for a brand new one

This is in the UK though so if your outside the UK your dealer may have been told differently

Keep it lubed and it won't pop out I used a plastic door panel tool it's a pain but can be done
