Hi has anyone serviced there command wu post mine has just started to play up it won’t come back up and doesn’t hold any air does anyone have any video or pics or advice

just seen this post i know its a bit late but did you sort it out, as i did mine yesterday and its a pain in arse to sort out

I got a new one a one up from wiggle to use in the mean time it’s very good vey smooth

The piston which does the tilt in mine popped out. It went back to Specialized but apparently it’s not covered by warranty (although within the warranty period) and I will have to pay for a “service” despite the fact it was working fine before it broke. I went to collect it last week, but when the LBS opened the box we found that the part that connects to the saddle was missing. Still waiting for the missing part to arrive. Had the bike shop not lent me a spare seat post, my bike would have been out of action for two months!
