Just purchased a 2022 rise h30, do I need a cascade link?

Hi folks. As topic suggests, do I need to fit a cascade link to help alleviate rear end flex?
Just purchased the bike (not received it yet!) and don't want to have any issues so thinking of getting ahead of the game before something goes wrong!
