Hi folks. As topic suggests, do I need to fit a cascade link to help alleviate rear end flex?
Just purchased the bike (not received it yet!) and don't want to have any issues so thinking of getting ahead of the game before something goes wrong!

No, you need another bike. Everything is 160/160 minimum these days. Fitting a 160 airspring to the front is cheap and easy improvement but a Cascade link is a lot of money for a minor improvement at the rear IMHO

Lol.. well you must be fun at party's. Hardly going to buy a new bike when I've just purchased this one, but thanks for your informative reply 👍

Hey, just ensure the cascade link is compatible with you H30, in my opinion is an amazing upgrade, moving it to 160/160 makes it really capable if you will push it hard.
Did something similar with an Occam and the change was quite notable for good
