Anyone have a good source for a replacement battery?
It’s the internal 378wh one for Shimano, bike is 2018/19

I don't know where you are from, but in my case, Spain, I got better price in a near Focus dealer than in online shops like ebay

I live in California and having a hard time getting one shipped from Europe. No one here can rebuild with the tricky bms and proprietary software

I’d contact them with the details, get the specific code for the required battery .
I hunted around asking focus dealers until I found one in the Uk willing to order the battery.
The guys , James and Duncan at The cycle company here in the Uk sorted it out for me in the end.
