Hi guys, 25km into my ride yesterday I had a fault on my 2019 turbo levo. I lost all pedal assistance but the walk button would work and would power the wheel. I tried disconnecting the battery and the obvious turning off and on which didnt work. After riding another 15 mins with no assistance it came good, then another 5km later it stopped again. Its currently working although I am nervous about this happening again. I haven't had the latest motor firmware installed but I don't believe this should cause this. Any suggestions on what it may be? Thanks

The issue with the older cable is that the motor end connection cap eventually suffers damage. It is usually visible in terms of a crack in the d shaped connection plug. That not only let's water into the cable when washing the bike but can also cause short circuits or intermittent disconnection of one of the wires in the cable. Take the non drive side crank and motor cover off and inspect that end cap carefully.
