Hello. I want some more air in my fork. I've used the pump that comes with the bike. But when i start pumping some air in the fork I release the pump and it blows the air also out. What I'm I doing wrong?

Are you sure it’s not just the air in the line that’s escaping? It’s not any different to inflating a tyre.

Should be pretty straight forward..
Maybe the pin of your schrader valve is stuck/sticking in the open position? Highly unlikely though.
How much PSI are you putting in the fork?

When i attache the pump on to the fork it will show the pressure? mine said 0

If there's 0 the fork normally drops. Are you sure you've screwed it on far enough ?

I agree,
if its showing 0, you are not pumping air through the schrader, but just in the tiny crevace between the pump and the shock. This would explain losing all air when releasing the pump.

Check for thread damage on the pump and shock.
Check if you can release some air by pressing the schrader valve without your pump attached.
"Try screwing it on further"(but don't damage it! Use some machine oil on the outer threads.).

But when i pump i reach 140 psi

Some pumps have an extra dial to adjust the depth of the pin that opens the schraeder valve, check if it is recessed before you unscrew the pump. It is normal that the air trapped inside the hose of the pump blows when you unscrew and it will fill up again before the reading displays next time the valve opens.

Please, a small moment of silence for @pallie , who has been injured gravely by the misuse of a shock pump. He will not be able to let us know what actually happened that night...
