How to change the spring on a ext storia coil shock

is this something that can be done by the owner or would it need to go back to mojo

When I brought the which it came with two springs one fitted one spare

I’ve lost weight so now need to fit the lighter spring they supplies me

Is this a easy job or a professional job eg back to mojo
