Bought a specialized gambit in february. Cheek pads are terribly made and keep falling out. eventually fell out without me noticing.
reached out to specialized chester to order new ones on advice of specialized uk whatsapp.
specialized chester said they do not offer replacement parts in this country, and my only option is to go through the crash replacement scheme an get a new helmet for 125 pound.
absolute CON. anyone have any ideas on how I can get this sorted without buying a brand new lid after only paying 300 for this piece of sh*te in February?
