Hi All,
Right, firstly , Im old(44) bald and a little bit fat. Im also 6ft 7.
I have lived a sedentary life working on computers.
Buit now have decided to do something about that,
so
Ive just got a stationary bike to just blocks of time cycling to build up endurance.
and Ive dug out my old Giant Rock SE (~2005) MTB and got it running again.
Since I live in the right next to the forest of dean in the UK, it seemed obvious to be able to ride from house to trail and get in some fun,
But living on a hill top makes that a bit of effort,
Next step will be getting an eMTB.
No Idea what one yet,
Being 6' 7" and an inside leg of 36", i might need some guidance on this trip
So thats why im here.
