So the cheap rubbish caged headset bearings fell out in a million bits after 400 miles of use.
I cannot find the bottom cage bearings anywhere they seem to be 2" 52mm OD and I can find nothing that big.
I'd like to improve and fit sealed bearings but I've no idea what size to buy and how to fit?
Help! (please)

These people may help.
Trail Vision specialises in all types of bearings for bikes. They also have bearing sets for popular bikes, plus loads of information to help you get the correct bearing for your bike. If all else fails, give them a call. They are competitive with other main bearing suppliers, yet claim to have especially prepared bearings for bikers (extra seals, better grease etc), look up "Blue Seal"

.........or refer to the spec for your bike which will state the headset fitted....manufacturer and model.........e.g FSA No 57E 1.5. Look up that headset and you can see what bearings are used. The bearings already fitted ( what is left of them!) also have the bearing number and seat angles etched on them e.g. TH MR 229. which is a 1.8 inch lower bearing 36/45 seat angles. Not saying that is what you have...just examples of the markings to look for.

I get what you are saying for sealed bearings but No markings on a open bearing with just cage and balls though...

Where do I even find the spec type FSE? information??

I went through the Haibike site and specs before posting here, there is no information of any use.
In the end I just stripped the cups out, got my digital calipers and measured up.
Then I bought some Nukeproof kits
Upper - Nukeproof Horizon ZS44 | 1 1/8" | T2
Lower - Nukeproof Horizon Bottom Headset Cup ZS56 | 1.5" | B8

Nukeproof components are beautifully made, fitted up in minutes, and look amazing.

I would never ever buy another Haibike, absolute rubbish, the cheap set of bearings I took out belong on a £100 Amazon bike not on a £3500 bike

So first of all: 3500 pounds for an e-bike isn’t that much. It’s basically entry level. The first search for your headset would have given you just the information you need.

It’s ZS44/28,6 and ZS56/40

It is that much, they are massively over priced and even at entry level (which it's not quite btw,) I expect more than a 50p set of bearings.
Thanks for the bearing specs, I did eventually find them but it wasn't straightforward....guess that's why so many just go to LBS and get their pants pulled down.

Target is right. For a full suspension emtb that's basicly entry level. There not much fs emtbs out there that cheap.
